This hotel exceeded my expectations. I’m from Dallas, and I am in a travel assignment in Colorado. I never been to Denver so I booked me a hotel here for my birthday. They were amazing. I told them about it being my birthday and they brought up a nice surprise. The customer service was top-tier. The breakfast was great as well. I will definitely be back here.
My family and I just left after staythere for 4 nights. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was good and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning and staff was very nice. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars under service is due to the experience at the bar our first night. We decided to go downstairs for a drink since there is a nice bar. The bartender had a face on him like we stank! He was so short and off-putting I chose not to have a drink and asked my husband to take our business elsewhere. Even when my husband tried making small talk by asking him how his day was going, the guy said (in a condescending tone) its going! While he rolled his eyes and turned around. That was the only bad experience we had there. Overall it was good and we liked that we could walk anywhere. Good location.
Our stay was good. Rooms were ok. The sofa bed needs an urgent update. When you sleep on it is like sleeping in a kids trampoline. My daughter who is 9 and slim was able to sleep in it. Housekeeping does the rooms only if you ask for it. They make your beds and change your towels. Thank you for your service! Front office staff is very friendly. Breakfast is pretty good, many options with some food changes every day. We love it and it was free! Bar food was ok, not very good quality. It was a pity I was not able to enjoy Starbucks coffee as their coffee machine was not available one night at 6pm. Their coffee menu was huge. I was disappointed.
Windows in the rooms should be able to open at least an inch to be able to refresh the room. 5 people in one room is a lot.
The servers here managed my reservation very well. They are very patient and active. The room is large and the view is great. Complimentary breakfast is also good. I’d like to visit again if I had the second time of trip to Denver.
We stayed one night and had a great experience here. For the price, the service, accommodations, rooms, and location were perfect. Will def stay here again when we come back to CO!
I was here with on a business trip. The Hotel staff are very friendly and kind and interacting with them was the best part of my stay. Some staff I interacted with were: Sunny and Deepak who do their job very diligently and accommodated to whatever was needed.
Great location, didn't like the fact the room didn't have a safe in the room. The walls were thin, could hear my neighbors at times. Several elevators weren't operational during peak times. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely book again.
Initially, the hotel was fine. It's a great location, was very clean, and was very comfortable. But the management there is terrible. I used my debit card to pay for the room and a credit card for the incidentals. I left with a $1000 higher charge on my debit card that I should have had. So I waited, thinking maybe the put the incidental hold on it by accident. 4 days later it was still there. I contacted my bank and they said that it was a charge, not a hold. I called the hotel and questioned it. They told me that they had only charged me for what was quoted. I told them that I had already talked to the bank, and it was a charge and had already been disbursed to the hotel's bank. I asked for an itemized statement, which the front test person told me only a manager could provide me. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was put on hold and no one ever took me off hold. After 20 minutes, I hung up and disputed the charge with my bank. That's how I learned that they did, in fact, have my credit card on file too, because they charged my credit card for the room, but this time for $100 over the amount quoted.
On top of that, there were little things. Like the batteries in the TV remote were dead. I called and asked for new ones, as well as an extra blanket, and they never arrived. Both mornings, housekeeping was knocking on the door before 8 am. I almost never complain, but I'm just infuriated that they have been taking extra money from me left and right. And they have my phone number, email address, and physical address. They haven't tried to contact me about payment at all.
